System Aquapuro water softeners are made from high-grade materials. Once installed, you have a very reliable system that works automatically.

You have a standard two-year-warranty on the system Aquapuro. But to guarantee a trouble-free use of your water softener for many years, we suggest a service membership, to be renewed on a yearly basis.

Artemis Systems will provide the necessary yearly service. With this membership you can extend your warranty period to a maximum of 10 years.Artemis Systems will make sure that you do not have to worry about the maintenance of your Aquapuro water softener. During a service, the following will be done:

• Inspection of the remaining hardness.
• Inspection of the regeneration period in connection with the water consumption.
• Inspection of the regeneration program.
• Cleaning / replacing salt suction filters.
• Inspecting the working of the float.
• Inspecting the external steering valve.
• Inspecting the adjustment of the salt container.
• Inspecting the time adjustment.
